Bylaw Section 10 - The Nominating Committee shall consist of the Immediate Past President and two additional members appointed annually by the Board of Trustees. Appointed committee members may not serve more than three consecutive one-year terms. The Immediate Past President shall serve as chairperson of the committee. The committee's function is to prepare a slate of nominations for all elective offices to be voted upon at the Annual Meeting. It shall attempt to have nominees represent the breadth of the beliefs within the organization. The slate shall be included with the notice for the Annual Meeting. They will also recommend committee chairs. |
