Thank you for your interest in learning more about UUCCI and the Unitarian Universalist religion. Membership is open to an individual who: Is in fundamental sympathy with the free and responsible search for meaning and interconnectedness, without dogma or creed, and Is willing to acknowledge a commitment to sharing ones resources, talents and time to the support of the life of this religious community. Membership is accomplished by signing ones name in the Membership Book of UUCCI. While the act of signing is simple, it should be a well-considered decision. To help one make this decision, UUCCI periodically offers a class called Intro to UUCCI which provides a brief history of Unitarian Universalism and UUCCIs 40 years in Columbus, Indiana. If youve attended our Sunday services and would like to learn more about us, we invite you to participate in some of our numerous activities. Our Activities Calendar located on this website provides specific details. If you have further questions about the membership process, please contact Linda Iwamuro, Membership Chairperson, at liwamuro@comcast.net or the Rev. Dennis McCarty at minister@uucolumbusin.org. |
