Bylaw Section 9 - The Communications Committee, working with the Secretary, shall be responsible for maintaining and managing all the records of the organization. This committee shall establish and maintain a UUCCI database, provide regular reports as needed, maintain a website, edit and distribute a UUCCI newsletter and any other periodic publications needed to keep the membership informed, publish any handouts such as pamphlets, and maintain all UUCCI's historical records. Also, materials and information related to our organization shall be collected, maintained, and communicated for historical purposes. This committee shall report to the Secretary and provide other administrative assistance as needed. |
